32Ch AIR Open Coil Suite

This open coil suite provides a flexible cranial, neck, and Brachial Plexus array for easier positioning and increased patient comfort. Created with parallel imagining compatibility in all directions for reduced scan time and a 32-channel phased array design. This flexible coil design provides a higher filling factor, which results in higher SNR and more uniform coverage during the scan.

The 32Ch AIR Open Coil Suite is comprised of MRI receive-only phased array RF coils designed for clinically acceptable signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and uniform coverage of the Head, Neck and Brachial Plexus anatomy for use with GE Healthcare Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scanners.

The 32Ch AIR Open Coil Suite consists of the following arrays available in 1.5T and 3.0T field strengths:

AIR Open Head Neck Posterior 9ch
AIR Open Neck Chest Anterior 7ch
AIR Open Head Anterior 16ch
